I ONLY recommend products I totally love and that really help me. I’ve purchased tons of courses that aren’t on here, and it’s because maybe they were “good” but not “great.” These are my FAVORITE blogging resources that I enthusiastically support.
Pinteresting Strategies by Carly Campbell – Carly uses a manual pinning strategy, which I think is a fabulous way to get started with Pinterest—this helps you really understand the platform by being active on it. Even if you prefer to schedule everything with Tailwind, this book will give you a much better understanding of all things Pinterest! Her book truly explained so many Pinterest concepts I hadn’t read elsewhere that pulls everything together.
Traffic Transformation by Lena Gott– 21 Strategies Lena used to grow her blog from 17K to 400K+ in 10 months! What I love about Lena’s book is it tells you what you need to do to increase traffic in other ways BESIDES Pinterest! Her 45 minute SEO video training is worth the price alone. My Google search engine traffic had a jump the same week I implemented some of Lena’s tips.
Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing by Michelle Schroeder-Gardner- (For Beginners!)I just purchased this course and am excited to implement Michelle’s strategies! This is a great resource for bloggers new to affiliate marketing. Throwing down links doesn’t give much affiliate marketing experience, you need to really master something to do well at it. BONUSES: You can join Michelle’s private Facebook group that’s already been so helpful to me AND she has a super awesome Tailwind Tribe for her affiliates!
Affiliate Marketing for Bloggers – (Intermediate Level!) by Carly Campbell. This is my favorite affiliate marketing resource if you already know the basics and are ready to learn intermediate to advanced affiliate marketing strategies! I LOVE that Carly uses examples from her mom blog posts and this course also includes tons of tips on doing well with Amazon affiliate marketing.
Email Marketing / Creating Freebies
Fantastic Freebies by Jen Snyder- This is truly a “fantastic” course for bloggers looking to start an email list, create landing pages, freebies for your readers and how to promote your freebies. Jen’s are the best! This is the best resource I’ve read if you’re wanting a step-by-step approach. I highly recommend Jen’s course when you’re ready to tackle this aspect of blogging!
ConvertKit– ConvertKit makes it super easy to send emails to readers, set-up email sequences, and create forms and opt-ins for readers to join your email list. ConvertKit is considered the BEST for this and I found a way to pay for their service as soon as launching my blog.
Creating Pinterest Pins and eBooks
PicMonkey– this is what I use to create all Pinterest pins, freebies and the Tribes for Traffic eBook cover. I love how easy PicMonkey is to use!
Haute Stock- The most gorgeous stock photos out there! You pay for 3 months at a time and can download as many as you want during that period!
