These Bacon Jam Cheeseburger Sliders are sweet, savory, and loaded with melty pepper jack cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls. The homemade bacon jam adds the perfect rich and tangy finish, making these sliders an easy crowd pleaser for parties or cozy nights in.
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a medium sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large pan, cook the diced bacon and onion over medium heat until the bacon is crispy and the onions are cooked through.
Add the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Turn the heat to high and let the mixture bubble for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a separate medium pan, cook the ground beef with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce over medium to high heat until fully cooked through.
Without separating the rolls, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Set the top half aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and paprika.
Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the rolls and top with the pepper jack cheese slices.
Bake for 5 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and spread the bacon jam evenly over the melted cheese. Spread the mayo mixture over the cut side of the top buns. Place the top buns on, slice, and serve.
