Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • Ice enough to fill a 16 oz cup about ¾ full
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla or flavored syrup see the 10 flavors below
  • 10 oz Sprite
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla coffee creamer
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream sprinkles, candy canes, cookies, or maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Fill a 16 oz cup about ¾ full with ice.
  2. Pour the syrup over the ice.
  3. Slowly add the Sprite so it doesn't fizz over.
  4. Pour the creamer over the top, add any garnish and stir gently before drinking.

Recipe Notes

    1. Pebble or crushed ice gives you that Swig-style texture.
    2. For a less sweet drink, use 2 teaspoon syrup or Sprite Zero.
    3. Extracts are strong. Use just 1 drop of almond or peppermint extract.
    4. Serve right away so the soda stays fizzy.
    5. Flavor guide (swap these in for the syrup):
      • Sugar Cookie: vanilla syrup + 1 drop almond extract.
      • White Chocolate Mint: white chocolate syrup + 1 drop peppermint extract.
      • Gingerbread: gingerbread syrup.
      • Cranberry Orange: 2 tablespoon cranberry juice cocktail + 1 tablespoon orange juice, 9 oz Sprite.
      • Grinch: vanilla syrup + 1 teaspoon lime juice + 1 drop green food coloring. White Christmas: vanilla syrup with coconut creamer.
      • Pomegranate Lime: 2 tablespoon POM juice + 2 teaspoon vanilla syrup + 1 teaspoon lime juice, 9 oz Sprite.
      • Santa's Cherry Vanilla: 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice + 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup.
      • Snickerdoodle: vanilla syrup with a pinch of cinnamon in the creamer.
      • Toasted Marshmallow: vanilla syrup, topped with 2 tablespoon heavy cream whipped with 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff instead of creamer.
