These Easter blossom sugar cookies are soft, colorful, and topped with Hershey’s Kisses for a classic spring treat. Easy to make, festive, and perfect for Easter parties and dessert tables.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and milk until creamy.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
Use a 1⅓ tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the dough and roll each scoop into a ball.
Dip each dough ball into Easter sprinkles and place sprinkle-side up on the baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the bottoms are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack and allow them to cool and set.
