These Big Mac Sliders are a fun, easy twist on the classic fast food favorite. Juicy seasoned beef, melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a homemade Big Mac–style sauce are layered on soft Hawaiian rolls and baked until warm and golden. Perfect for parties, game day, or an easy weeknight dinner everyone will love.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
Keeping the Hawaiian rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet and layer with American cheese.
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the cheese, then sprinkle the diced onion on top. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 12 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden.
While the sliders bake, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, relish, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika to make the sauce.
Remove sliders from the oven and carefully lift off the top buns. Add shredded lettuce, drizzle with the sauce, and place pickle slices on each slider.
Return the top buns, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
