  • 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Christmas Tree

  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

  3. Roll out one puff pastry sheet into a triangle and place on the baking sheet. Spread spinach dip evenly on top.

  4. Roll out the second sheet into another triangle and place it over the first. Trim edges to match.

  5. Cut horizontal slits on each side to form branches, leaving the center intact. Twist each strip to create a tree shape.

  6. Mix butter with garlic powder and brush over the pastry.

  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
