Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2-3 green onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, feta cheese, dried cranberries, diced green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed and creamy.

  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, reaching all the way to the edges.

  3. Starting at one end, roll each tortilla tightly into a log.

  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Unwrap the chilled rolls and use a serrated knife to slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
