Ingredients

  • 36 Lemon Oreos
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces yellow candy melts
  • 24 ounces vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a food processor, blitz the Lemon Oreos into fine crumbs.

  3. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and fold together with the softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.

  4. Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll into about 1 inch balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Freeze the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes until firm.

  6. Add the vanilla almond bark to a microwave safe bowl. Melt in 30 second increments, stirring well between each round, until fully melted and smooth.

  7. To coat the Oreo balls, place one on a fork and spoon the melted almond bark over the top. Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove excess coating. Place back on the parchment.

  8. Allow the coated Oreo balls to set for about 15 minutes, until the candy coating is firm.

  9. Melt the yellow candy melts in 30 second increments, stirring between each round until smooth. Pour into a piping bag and snip off the tip.

  10. Drizzle the melted yellow candy over the Oreo balls. Refrigerate until ready to enjoy, then break off any excess drizzle from the sides.

Recipe Notes

  • Freeze the balls before dipping for smoother coating.
  • Melt candy slowly in 30 second increments to prevent overheating.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Break off excess drizzle for a clean finish before serving.
  • Great for spring parties, gifting, or dessert boards.
