These red white and blue Jello shots with condensed milk are an easy patriotic party treat made with vodka, colorful Jell-O layers, and festive toppings.
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the blue Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then mix in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka.
Pour the blue mixture into 1 oz shot glasses, filling each about one-third full. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over ½ cup cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved, then mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Carefully pour the white gelatin mixture over the chilled blue layer until the glasses are two-thirds full. Refrigerate again for 2 to 3 hours until set.
In another bowl, dissolve the red Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka until combined.
Once the white layer is firm, carefully pour the red layer on top of each shot. Refrigerate for another 2 to 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
Before serving, top each Jello shot with whipped cream and red, white, and blue sprinkles for a festive finish.
