Easy Pistachio Martini

This creamy, beautiful green pistachio martini is the perfect drink to be sipping on for St Patrick's Day of if you just want a fun drink with the girls. It's an easy recipe, tastes amazing, and has you in a happy mood!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz cream or oatmilk
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • ½ oz pistachio syrup
  • ice
  • optional cold foam for a creamier taste

Instructions

  1. Fill the shaker

    Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in vodka, cream or oatmilk, Amaretto, pistachio syrup (or liquor).

  2. Shake

    Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.

  3. Prep Glass rim

    Dip the whole rim of your cocktail glass in honey and dip in crushed pistachio bits.

  4. Strain mixture and Sip

    Pour the mix from the shaker into your decorated cocktail glass. Make more if needed if you like your drink filled to the top! Enjoy!
