These red white and blue yogurt popsicles are a refreshing, no bake summer treat made with real fruit and creamy yogurt. They’re easy, naturally sweet, and perfect for a fun 4th of July dessert.
Add the strawberries, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture into each popsicle mold. Place in the freezer for 45 minutes to set slightly.
In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
Add about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture to each mold. Insert popsicle sticks into the center and freeze for another 45 minutes.
Blend the blueberries with the remaining 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons water until smooth.
Pour the blueberry mixture over the yogurt layer, filling each mold to the top. Adjust the sticks if needed.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid before removing and serving.
