Ingredients

  • ½ part creme de cacao
  • ½ part creme de menthe
  • 1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Optional Garnish: whipped cream sprinkles, and mints

Instructions

  1. Chill the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and Bailey’s Irish Cream in the freezer for at least 1 hour so the liquids thicken and layer more easily.

  2. Pour the creme de menthe into the bottom of a shot glass. Slowly add the creme de cacao by pouring it over the back of a spoon so it settles underneath.

  3. Gently pour the Bailey’s Irish Cream over the back of the spoon to create the top layer.

  4. Finish with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or a mint candy if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

  • Chill the liquors for cleaner layers
  • Always pour over the back of a spoon
  • Garnishes make these party-ready
  • Great for St Patrick’s Day celebrations
