This slow cooker pulled pork is tender, juicy, and packed with classic BBQ flavor. Seasoned pork cooks low and slow until it easily shreds, then gets finished with BBQ sauce for easy sliders, sandwiches, or simple weeknight meals.
Coat the pork roast with the pork rub, pressing it into the meat so it sticks well.
Place the pork in the slow cooker and pour the liquid around the roast, not over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until the pork is very tender and shreds easily.
Transfer the pork to a bowl and add some of the cooking liquid to moisten, as desired.
Shred the pork and serve on Hawaiian rolls with BBQ sauce or enjoy as-is.
