In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet (about ¼–½ inch thick).
Sprinkle sliced strawberries over the top.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle evenly over the yogurt.
Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
