Preheat the oven to 425°F. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut each into 4 slices
Toss slices with melted butter and salt until coated.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes.
Drizzle with maple syrup and top each with half a marshmallow.
Broil 2–3 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
