Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (any flavor you like) + cake ingredients
  • 1 can Betty Crocker ready frosting** (any flavor that complements your cake) 15.6 ounce
  • 20 lollipop sticks
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips (or melting white chocolate)
  • Pink or red food coloring
  • Heart-shaped chocolates or icing for decoration
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions and let cool completely.

  2. Crumble cake into a bowl and mix with frosting until dough forms.

  3. Roll into 1-inch balls or heart shapes and chill 30 minutes.

  4. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate and insert into cake balls. Chill 60 minutes.

  5. Melt remaining white chocolate and tint with food coloring if desired.

  6. Dip cake pops, tap off excess, and decorate while wet.

  7. Let chocolate set completely before serving.
