Grand Marnier & plum dessert sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plums
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier liquor optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the plum sections off of the pits. Place plums into a small saucepan.

  2. Add sugar and Grand Marnier (if desired)

  3. Bring mixture to a boil and cook on medium for 8-10 minutes, stirring periodically.

  4. Serve warm as a fruity dessert sauce, over ice cream/gelato or even on chicken and pork.
