Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • Ice cubes

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream or light whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and ice cubes to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, blending again briefly.

  4. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream if using.

  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
