Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 20 grams dark chocolate
  • 4 chocolate Oreo cookies
  • 4 golden Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Drain any excess whey from the yogurt so it is thick. Spoon the yogurt into a cup or jar, filling it about two-thirds full.

  2. Place the Oreo cookies into the yogurt, fully submerging them. Alternate between chocolate and golden Oreos for balanced flavor.

  3. Continue adding cookies until the cup is filled. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

  4. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave using short pulses until smooth and pourable.

  5. Spoon the melted chocolate over the chilled cheesecake. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs if desired and serve cold.
