Mixed Green Fruit Salad

You'll love this easy mixed green fruit salad for breakfast, brunch, or even St Patricks Day!

Servings 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes halved or whole
  • 2 cups diced honeydew melon
  • cups diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced green apple
  • 1 cup peeled cucumber cubed small
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, green apple, and peeled, cubed cucumber.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, and honey (if using).
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add a touch more orange juice if it still feels sharp.
