White Chocolate Biscoff Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • cup cookie butter melted (melt in the microwave for 10+ seconds to make it a drizzle consistency)
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookies crushed (smaller and bigger chunks looks nice)
  • Sprinkles - optional for Christmas, Valentines, etc

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave

  2. Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet

  3. While the white chocolate is still soft, drizzle the melted cookie butter over the top and make swirls as desired.

  4. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies over the top.

  5. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 2 hours to firm up.

  6. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
