Easy Bridgerton Inspired Prosecco Rose Cocktail

A Bridgerton-inspired Prosecco rose cocktail that's simple to make and perfect for watch parties, parties, themed celebrations, and romantic gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 1 sprinkle edible glitter
  • 1 rose ice cube

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rose ice

    Freeze water in a rose-shaped silicone mold until solid. (Optional dusting of glitter in the mold before adding water). Carefully release one rose ice cube when ready and place it into a champagne flute.

  2. Pour the prosecco

    Slowly pour chilled prosecco around the rose ice cube. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles and create an elegant presentation.

  3. Add the finishing sparkle

    Sprinkle a small pinch of edible pink glitter over the top. If using syrup or grenadine, add a splash and allow it to softly swirl through the glass.
