Dearest gentle reader, should you find yourself invited to a most enchanting masked ball, this sparkling prosecco rose cocktail is precisely what would be offered upon arrival.

I imagine myself lingering near the refreshments, glass in hand, pretending I am simply observing while absolutely judging every outfit in the room.

I will happily skip cooking for an evening, but I will never decline the honor of mixing a dramatic cocktail. Especially one that sparkles, chills beautifully, and looks like it belongs at a ball hosted by the ton.

This Bridgerton inspired cocktail is light, bubbly, and effortlessly elegant. It is perfect for a watch party, a themed night with friends, or simply pretending your living room is a grand ballroom from Bridgerton.

Things to Know Before Making This Bridgerton Inspired Cocktail

• Chill your prosecco well so it stays crisp and lively
• Use a silicone rose mold so the ice keeps its delicate shape
• Add edible glitter last for a floating, shimmering effect
• Clear ice makes the rose look more refined and ballroom-worthy

This is the kind of drink that makes everyone feel important the moment it's poured. It's subtle, romantic, and just dramatic enough to feel special. I love myself an elegant, extra-looking drink and this Bridgerton Rose Cocktail is just that.

Ingredients You'll Need

• Prosecco: A dry or extra-dry prosecco
• Rose-shaped ice cube mold - I used a muffin pan size rose instead of a candy rose for a large dramatic effect.
• Edible pink glitter - make it light pink or bright pink!
• Optional rose syrup or grenadine - I didn't add this but to color your Prosecco, add a splash of grenadine syrup.

You'll also need a cocktail glass like a coupe glass, something wider than a champage flute to hold the large ice cube shape.

How to Make a Bridgerton Inspired Prosecco Rose Cocktail

Step 1: Prepare the rose ice

Step 2: Pour the prosecco

Slowly pour chilled prosecco around the rose ice cube. Pour gently to preserve the bubbles and create an elegant presentation.

Step 3: Add the finishing sparkle

Sprinkle a small pinch of edible pink glitter over the top. If using syrup or grenadine, add a splash and allow it to softly swirl through the glass.
