
These cheeseburger sliders with Hawaiian rolls are the easiest cozy weeknight dinner. Sweet rolls, seasoned beef, melty cheddar, and buttery everything-topped buns come together in one simple baking dish. Perfect for busy nights, game day, or anytime you want a fun, shareable meal with almost no effort.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the ground beef to a skillet, and cook, chopping, until browned. Drain the grease and return the beef to the pan.
Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, plus the yellow onion. Cook 3-4 minutes, until onions are softened.
Divide the Hawaiian rolls in half, and place the bottom half in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add the ground beef mixture over top of the bottom rolls. Top with the cheese slices.
Take the top halves of the rolls and spread the mayonnaise evenly over them.
Place the top rolls over the cheese.
Bake the sliders at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Melt the butter by microwaving for 30 second increments. Add the everything bagel seasoning, and stir.
Brush the butter mixture over top of the rolls and enjoy.
