These Crock Pot Hawaiian Meatballs are sweet, saucy, and ridiculously easy to throw together. Made with frozen meatballs, pineapple, and a sticky BBQ sauce, they’re perfect for parties, game day, or a cozy no-effort dinner. Just dump everything in the slow cooker, let it do its thing, and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces meatballs
  • 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Green onions, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to the crock pot and spread them into an even layer.

  2. Add the drained pineapple chunks, brown sugar, ginger paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.

  3. Pour the barbecue sauce over everything and gently stir until the meatballs are fully coated.

  4. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the sauce is thick and glossy.

  5. Top with sliced green onions right before serving and enjoy warm.
