Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (like Hawaiian rolls)
  • ½ pound thinly sliced cooked ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cut slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.

  3. Spread mayonnaise on the buns and layer Swiss cheese, ham, and Swiss cheese. Top with remaining buns.

  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, minced onion, and poppy seeds. Brush glaze over the tops.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 more minutes until golden.

  6. Cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

Recipe Notes

  • Use Hawaiian rolls for the best flavor.

  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.

  • Add extra cheese for extra gooey sliders.
