These Pizza Sliders are everything you love about pizza but baked into soft, buttery Hawaiian rolls that pull apart into the ultimate cheesy, saucy, melty bites. Sweet and fluffy rolls are layered with rich pizza sauce, loads of pepperoni, and a generous blend of mozzarella and Parmesan. Then they’re brushed with garlic butter and Italian seasoning before baking to golden, bubbly perfection.
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, leave the rolls together, slice the rolls in half and place the top half of the buns to the side. Place the bottom bun layer on the sheet pan.
In a medium sized bowl add the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Spread half the pizza sauce onto the bottom buns. Sprinkle half the cheese mixture over the sauce.
Place the pepperoni over the cheese. Top with the remaining cheese. Spread the remaining pizza sauce on the bottom half of the top buns.
Set the buns back on top of the sliders. In a small bowl melt the butter and add the garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir and brush the garlic butter on the tops of the buns.
Bake in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
