I make these Pizza Sliders With Hawaiian Rolls whenever I want something cozy, cheesy, and guaranteed to disappear fast.

If I can turn something everyone already loves into a pull apart, melty slider situation, I am doing it. Pizza flavors packed into buttery Hawaiian rolls just feels like a win every time.

You are going to love these because they are quick, easy, and perfect for parties, game nights, or casual dinners. They bake up golden and buttery on top while the inside stays gooey, cheesy, and loaded with pizza flavor.

Things to Know Before Making Pizza Sliders With Hawaiian Rolls

  • Keep the Hawaiian rolls connected when slicing so the sliders are easier to assemble.
  • Use freshly shredded mozzarella if possible because it melts smoother than pre shredded cheese.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper so the cheese does not stick.
  • Brushing the tops with garlic butter helps the rolls turn golden and flavorful.

These sliders are the kind of snack that disappears in minutes. They are cheesy, saucy, and basically pizza in pull apart form.

How to Make Pizza Sliders With Hawaiian Rolls

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, keep the rolls connected and slice the entire pack in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and set the tops aside.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread half of the pizza sauce over the bottom rolls and sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the sauce.

Step 3: Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese. Add as much as you like. Sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture over the pepperoni.

Step 4: Spread the remaining pizza sauce on the cut side of the top buns. Place the buns back on top of the sliders.

Step 5: In a small bowl combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly across the tops of the rolls.

Step 6: Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Slice the sliders apart and serve warm.

Substitutions and Variations

  • Add sausage, onions, or olives for extra pizza toppings.
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
  • Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage or ham.
  • Use provolone or cheddar cheese for a different cheese blend.

What to Serve With Pizza Sliders With Hawaiian Rolls

These sliders are great with simple sides like chips, salad, or veggie trays. They also pair well with marinara dipping sauce, garlic knots, or a fresh lemonade for a cozy meal or party spread.

Storage and Freezing

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Reheat them in the oven or air fryer so the rolls stay slightly crispy on top.
