I make these Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders whenever I need something fast, cheesy, and guaranteed to disappear, because creamy ranch chicken on soft Hawaiian rolls just never misses.

Personal Note from Madi: I'd rather assemble a cute slider tray than stress over a full dinner, especially when friends are coming over. These are one of those recipes that feel fun and indulgent without being complicated.

If you love cozy, easy recipes that look impressive but take minimal effort, these sliders are about to become your go-to. They're creamy, cheesy, buttery on top, and perfect for parties, game day, or a lazy dinner night.

Things to Know Before Making Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

  • Let the cream cheese soften slightly so it melts smoothly
  • Rotisserie chicken works great for saving time
  • Covering the sliders first keeps the tops from browning too quickly
  • Brushing butter on at the end gives them that golden, bakery-style finish

These are one of my favorite "set it and forget it" party foods because they're impossible to mess up.

How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Heat the cream cheese in a saucepan over low-medium heat until softened.

Step 2: Stir in the ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and fold in the shredded chicken, bacon bits, and half of the cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and place the tops on.

Step 4: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.

Step 5: Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and extra green onions, and serve warm.

Substitutions and Variations

  • Use rotisserie chicken instead of cooking chicken from scratch
  • Swap cheddar for Colby Jack or mozzarella
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
  • Turn these into mini party sliders by cutting them smaller

What to Serve with Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

These sliders pair perfectly with potato wedges, simple side salads, or a fun snack board with chips and dips. They also work great alongside other game day favorites for an easy spread.

Storage and Freezing

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer so the rolls stay soft but not soggy.
