Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced thin + extra for topping
  • 2 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • cup bacon bits (or bacon, cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. In a saucepan over low-medium heat, warm the cream cheese until softened, then stir in the ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and fold in the shredded chicken, bacon bits, and half of the cheddar cheese.

  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

  5. Place the tops of the rolls on, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until melted.
