You can create your own photo coasters using blank coasters, photos and mod podge! This DIY project is so easy and only requires five things. Blank coasters, mod lodge, white paint, your photo prints, and a sponge brush. Paint your coaster white, once dry apply a coat of Mod Podge to the back of the photo and stick to the coaster. Once dry, apply another couple mod podge coats to the top. (being sure to let each coat fully dry before applying the next. This one may be a better project for someone who collects wine corks, but I’ve definitely been gifted boxes of them for crafting so it isn’t impossible to get them without drinking all the wine yourself. 😉 This wine cork heart is the perfect gift for a woman who loves her wine! its pretty easy to make with a nice pice of cardboard or thin wood for the backing, and a hot glue gun. You can also create a cork heart with the corks laying on their sides, using a shadow box. Just glue the corks to the inside backing of the shadow box. (This is a great option if you don’t have quite as many corks.) This wine cork heart would be perfect for a romantic and easy Valentine’s Day gift.

That way when your next date night rolls around, The two of you can just pull a spontaneous idea from the jar.
