How to make vegan caramel apple bark
1. Pull your baking sheet out and line it with parchment paper.
2. Melt the Chocolate. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil. I recommend 30-60 seconds at a time and stir until smooth!
3. Spread chocolate evenly across the pan as far as you can, using a spatula or spoon.
4. Add a layer of pretzels across the top covering the chocolate.
5. Slice an apple into small pieces and sprinkle on.
6. Make the peanut butter sauce. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together and microwave for 30 seconds.
7. Drizzle peanut butter sauce and a generous amount of caramel over the top! If you’re a sweet tooth gal like me add more chocolate.
8. Chill and Break. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes. Break/cut the caramel apple bark into pieces of your desired size.
This quick and easy caramel apple bark recipe is the perfect treat for fall. Tell me crunchy pretzels and rich chocolate isn’t irresistible… you can’t. This Caramel Pretzel Bark sounds absolutely delicious and perfect for fall! I love how quick and easy it is to make. With Halloween coming up, I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of treats to share at parties. By the way, we recently used a dumpster rental to clean out our kitchen and pantry and make room for a remodel, so I’m ready to get my fall snack game on! Also since I won’t have access to my oven over Thanksgiving this microwave recipe is perfect! I can’t wait to try it!
