Bon appetite!!

Matcha and strawberry truly is an elite flavor combo. These clusters are creamy, refreshing, slightly indulgent, and honestly hard to stop eating. They can get a little messy, but that just adds to the charm.
Madi Tips
- buy more white chocolate than you think you will need
- always keep the strawberry clusters frozen and not sitting out for too long unless you eat them
- add 1+ tablespoon of coconut oil to white chocolate matcha mixture for smoother affect
- use a thick yogurt like Greek yogurt. We used low fat yogurt, but nonfat or full-fat Greek yogurt will work also

This looks like such a fun and tasty snack — love how simple the steps are and how healthy it still feels! I especially like the tip about adding coconut oil for a smoother chocolate-matcha mix. One idea: you could try using freeze-dried strawberry powder as topping for even more flavor. Thanks for sharing this — can’t wait to make it!
