Daytime Outfits
I bought this hat in Spain but here’s one similar: white floppy hat
Casual Chic
- I can try and tell you to be a casual girl, but I always find a way to dress up lol. Casual Chic can still look nice even when you wear shorts or a little skirt and top set- something casual. You want to be able to breathe and move but feel and look stylish when you’re out exploring.
- Having a big hat is a 10/10 rec! I bought this big white beach hat to have as a pretty accessory that will give me shade!

Sightseeing Style
- When traveling around all day, think cute/pretty but comfy! My go-to outfits for walking around, train rides, and touristy things are wearing flowy dresses that are comfy enough to wear all day, don’t have you roasting in the heat, and make you feel beautiful! It’s called practical fashion for a pretty girl summer.

Beach ready
- There will be many beach or pool days so pack a few of your top favorite bikinis! Wear a cute bikini cover up dress, lounge pants or little mesh skirt with your bikini under. It’s hot so have a quick item to throw on but still gives “this is my summer in Spain”.
Evening Outfits

Dinner Date
- Speaking from personal experience, if you have to take a train for your dinner date/evening out and you think your outfit is too fancy for the train… it’s not LOL. So many people dress nice in the evening, wear what makes you feel like a MILLION DOLLARS BABY (song reference). stylish outfit for a romantic dinner.
- Flowy, satin, cross-body tops and dresses, backless dresses, long skirts, sets are the vibe.
Night Out
- You get to be Bougie, classy, sexy, stun your date, or look hot with your girls. If it’s a night out with the girls or your man, think fun sexy tops, cropped, with a skirt or a little dress. Something flirty and cute but comfy if you go dancing and have a few drinks.
Casual Evening
- A good casual evening outfit for a walk or dinner on the beach could be a maxi dress or a skirt with flats or white sneakers. No need to get dolled up but you can still look cute!
Travel Day Outfits
Airport Comfort
- Airport girlies- think COMFY & CUTE. It’s the first outfit of the trip and you want a good, comfortable plane fit and for lots of travel.
- Think leggings, lose lounge pants with a top or jumpsuit and a little sweatshirt or long shirt. It’s better to layer up and have to take off clothes if you get too warm. Definitely sneakers! You can also change to something cuter when you’re off the plane.

Exploring New Places
- I like jumping right into the cute fits and embracing the culture/ trends so wear something cute but not too “out there”. The summer staple is this white maxi skirt! The more you explore, the better idea you have for which occasions and times of the day you want to wear your outfits.
Accessorizing
- Essential Accessories
- Accessories are EVERYTHING and add more to the outfit! A must have for Spain is bringing a little purse or crossbody bag, something you have easy access to, but others don’t (picket pocketers). I had a little black purse with me for 2 weeks and it was great, fit a lot and perfect for all occasions.
- Same hat, different adventure! Get you a hat and sunglasses that go with anything you wear.
- Mix and Match
A similar top to mine: green cropped top
- The days you feel more casual are the best days for accessories and mix and matching- clips, hair scarfs, jewelry!
- Packing a few items that are simple colors are perfect for mix and matching with basics and adding fun accessories
You are Spain ready!
Congrats, I think you’re Spain ready! You now have some of the best trends and outfits for your trip and hopefully feel more prepared and stylish!
My biggest outfit tip for traveling to Spain is, pack items that you don’t mind wearing a couple times each and you could make casual or dress up.
Maxi dresses and skirts are your best friend, easy to throw on and look gorgeous. A mix of shorts, pants and tops are great.
If you plan to go into museums and make historical tourist stops, keep a little cover up or shawl with you!
Enjoy your Spain travels friends, and hope you feel like the cutest Spanish girl.
