For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a lifelong obsession with Airstream trailers. I was planning our weekend itinerary for Portland, when my sister told me about The Vintages Trailer Resort. I instantly knew I had to prioritize seeing these restored gems in person even if it took us along a different travel route.
After our Portland weekend and on our way to Corvallis, the kids and I did added short detour since we at least wanted to see The Vintages in person! Wow! I was truly blown away by the retro charm and ambiance of this park! In addition to 19 lovingly restored trailers, The Vintages is also an RV park for anyone needing a place to stay in their own motor home or trailer. The majority of the sites were booked and it’s very clear this is a popular place being close to wine country, the Oregon coast and Portland.
The Vintages Trailer Resort is located in Dayton, Oregon in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country between Dundee and historic McMinnville, and less than an hour southwest of Portland. It’s one of the largest, if not the largest, collection of vintage and restored trailers in one park in the United States. I definitely wish I could’ve changed my travel itinerary to include a stay in one of these amazing trailers, however, it’s now on my bucket list and hope to experience a wine weekend with the hubby sometime soon!
Each unit even comes with two cruiser bikes!
The current prices online were much less than most hotels but included a coziness and charm most hotels cannot rival. The Vintages would be a perfect spot for a romantic get-a-way, a girl’s weekend, for a wine country weekend, a wedding or just for anyone who loves vintage trailers!
In addition to numerous Airstreams, there were also vintage trailers in the shades of green, yellow, red, black, mint, aqua and turquoise! Which one would you pick??
How adorable is this community use clubhouse? They even have an attached pool for park guests.
Here are my favorite interiors, their website shows photos of each unit. They have a variety of styles to suit every taste!

If you haven’t ever been to the Willamette Valley, you’ll be amazed by the sheer number of wineries in the area. I felt like every few seconds we were passing a winery, tasting room, picturesque rolling hills or quaint farm stand. Not to mention this area is also near the quaint town of Dundee and historic McMinnville! There’s much more to do in this area than I realized! My Oregon trips are usually along I-5 or Highway 101 to see the Oregon Coast, so I’m so glad I explored a new part of Oregon!
How cute is this tasting room in a barn at the Four Graces?
Cute little farm stands everywhere!
Yummmmm!
Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoyed! Please let me know if you get a chance to visit The Vintages 🙂
