Here you’ll find Jen’s recipes for quick and healthy breakfasts, healthy family friendly dinners, delicious treats, my recipe reviews and foodie lists (my favorite recipes and ones I want to try myself). We try to eat as healthy as possible as much as possible, but we still love our occasional desserts and treats.
The main focus for our family is eating delicious homemade whole foods, I’d describe it as eating clean during the weekdays and then focusing on homemade hearty foods and family favorites on the weekends. We do have a Sunday family tradition of one weekly dessert (and a family movie night!) to reward ourselves after eating healthy and light during the week.
I’ve been cooking since I was a teen, have enjoyed fiddling around in the kitchen and creating my own recipes for the past 10 years. I don’t consider myself a food blogger and instead consider this category a hobby to share with others and a place for me to keep track of “all things food” in my life :)
