Bark recipes are the best. This one is especially on repeat because it gives peppermint vibes and being an Oreo lover, it's the perfect combination. A plate of Oreo bark and I'm a happy gorl.
If you love cozy, aesthetic holiday desserts that feel festive without being stressful, this mint Oreo bark checks all the boxes. No baking, super quick cleanup, and it looks like something you'd buy at a cute Christmas market.
Things to Know Before Making Mint Oreo Christmas Bark
• Use good quality white and milk chocolate so it melts smoothly and sets firm.
• Lightly crush the Oreos so you get texture without turning them into dust.
• Work quickly once the chocolate is spread so the toppings stick properly.
• Chill just until set so the chocolate stays shiny and doesn't bloom.
• Break the bark into uneven pieces for that cozy, rustic holiday look.
This is one of those desserts people always ask where you bought it, which is my favorite kind. If you're into easy, aesthetic recipes, you'll love these too: Pretzel Christmas Bark, Hot Cocoa Bark, Reindeer Bark, and Caramel Apple Bark.

How to Make Mint Oreo Christmas Bark
Step 1: Prep Ingredients
Crush candy canes and Oreos in separate bags and set to the side.
Unwrap chocolate bars and place in a "rectangle" shape on the baking sheet (arrange them in a way to alternative the chocolate/mix them better if you like).
Step 2: Melt the chocolate
Melt the white and milk chocolate separately in the microwave or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth and creamy. Heat slowly so the chocolate doesn't scorch.

Step 2: Spread and swirl chocolate
Take a toothpick to gently swirl and mix as much of the chocolate as possible.

Step 3: Add toppings and chill
Sprinkle crushed mint Oreos and candy canes and any optional toppings over the warm chocolate. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until fully set.

Step 4: Break the bark
Break the bark into cute-ish pieces. And take lot of pictures! Bon appetite!

Substitutions and Variations
• Use all white chocolate for a sweeter bark.
• Swap mint Oreos for classic Oreos if you prefer less mint.
• Add green holiday sprinkles for extra festive vibes.

- 1 4 oz semi sweet chocolate bar
- 6 crushed Oreo cookies one color or the seasonal festive red/green Oreos
- ¼ cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. A 9x13 size (quarter sheet) small baking sheet is the perfect size, if yours is larger just melt the chocolate bars in the middle of the baking sheet.

Crush the Oreos and candy canes.

Add the chocolate bars to the baking sheet. Bake for 5-6 minutes until the chocolate is JUST soft, it burns and gets grainy quickly.
-
Remove the softened chocolate bars from the oven. Make swirls in the chocolate to blend the colors together.
-
Sprinkle the crushed Oreos and crushed candy canes over the chocolate as desired, going as light or heavy as you want.
-
Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can double the recipe and use a large baking sheet. This is a perfect size for gifting.
